Blair's and Bush's tenures as the leaders of their respective countries will both be remembered in one word: Iraq.

Bush's domestic legislative agenda can be summed up in two words: tax-cuts. That will be the only thing he got through Congress which was geniunely his own. The US and the UK have both squandered the first decade of a new century chasing the elusive terrorist. This is a time in American history where Americans have second guessed themselves. They are de-moralizing fast and the end result will be them asking themselves,"what happened to the rest of the world while we were gone."
